We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance for private events to help guarantee your date, though we may be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on availability — it never hurts to ask.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your event.
We just need one dedicated 20-amp circuit near where the cart will be set up. We bring the espresso machine, ingredients, cups, and a barista — everything else is handled.

Every event includes 2 hours of service, all 4 flavor options, hot and iced drinks, whole and oat milk, and full setup and cleanup. Extra hours and custom cart branding are available as add-ons.
